The Bo Campbell steer wrestling clinic has always been something in our hometown that was looked forward to every year and has helped start so many young steer wrestlers. I specifically remember when I was 11 years old, my Uncle George took me to the clinic to watch all the students and to meet and visit with Mr Billy and Steve Duhon. The clinic had a way of bringing the best up and coming kids to Baldwin County to run steers until you were blue in the face. As I’ve gotten older and seen the sport from all over North America I see that steer wrestling is the same everywhere you go but the competitiveness and grit that comes from this clinic is special. The accountability that you see young guys gain because of the punishment they receive when they lack try and determination is fun to see also. It was a giant stepping stone in my high school steer wrestling days and I would encourage anyone wanting to try steer wrestling to attend this clinic in November.

The fear and concerns of hosting a rodeo for the first time can be overwhelming but when we chose to go with the PCA and Bo Campbell, that was the best choice we could have ever made. They welcomed us into the rodeo community with open arms and walked us step by step through the process and has remained that steady hand of guidance that we needed. They are there not just on the weekend of the rodeo but year round for support and guidance. We look forward to the continued relationship for years to come.

Working with the Campbell's for many years now, I can tell you they CARE! They care about the contestants, the livestock and especially the rodeo committee. As someone who did not own a horse or rodeo, Bo taught me what I needed to know to communicate to the general public... and over the years, a lot more. Will and Kadee are taking who their dad taught them and are putting their touch to the business and are growing the existing relationships. One of the reasons that I enjoy working with Bo Campbell Rodeo Productions is that they are easy to work with as we treat each other with great respect for the work I do outside the fence, and for the work they do in the arena. Kadee and Will work hard to ensure the specialty acts and special touches we request are brought to life which makes the JCMF Rodeo a unique experience for all!
